What we did

Rebuilt the account structure around high-value markets
We restructured the account to prioritise the regions generating the highest-value customers. Budgets and campaigns were reorganised to ensure spend was focused where the commercial opportunity was strongest.

Separated brand and acquisition activity
Brand terms were removed from core campaigns and managed separately. This ensured prospecting budgets focused on capturing new demand while giving clearer visibility into true acquisition performance.

Expanded non-brand search coverage
New search campaigns were built to capture additional high-intent demand. This included expanding keyword coverage, tightening campaign structure, and improving ad relevance.

Scaled Performance Max activity
Performance Max campaigns were expanded with new creative assets and refined audience signals to improve reach and demand capture across Google’s network.

Introduced lifetime value optimisation
Campaigns were optimised using a predicted lifetime value model, allowing bidding strategies to prioritise higher-value customers rather than short-term conversions.

Implemented a structured creative testing programme
Creative testing across Meta and YouTube was used to continuously improve messaging and performance. Brand lift studies also helped refine creative based on measurable audience impact.
